Delete Your flik Account

You can delete your flik Mobile account and the data stored under it at any time. This page explains both ways to do it — in the app, or by email if you are signed out — and exactly what happens next.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open flik Mobile.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & legal → Delete this profile.
3. Read exactly what will be wiped — that profile's number binding, conversations, call history, voicemail, contacts, blocked list, settings and its billing ledger on this device — and tap Continue.
4. Type DELETE and tap the delete button. That is the last step — there is no undo.

In the current preview build there is no server copy of your data: deleting in the app wipes the profile from this device immediately and permanently, exactly as the in-app screens describe. Once signed-in accounts are live, the same in-app steps start the account deletion described under “What happens when you delete” below — immediate sign-out everywhere, a 7-day grace period, then permanent deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (if you are signed out)

1. Email willow.rain.llc@gmail.com from the email address on your flik account, with the subject line “Delete my flik account”.
2. We will reply to that address to confirm the request is from you.
3. Once confirmed, we start the same deletion process described below.

If you cannot email from your account address anymore, say so in your message — we will verify it is your account another reasonable way before deleting anything.

What happens when you delete

1. Immediately: you are signed out on every device, and all of your sessions are ended. Your account is no longer usable.
2. 7-day grace period: your account is held, inactive, for 7 days in case you change your mind. Signing back in during those 7 days cancels the deletion and restores your account.
3. After 7 days: your account is permanently deleted, along with the data stored under it (see below). This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account information (email address, display name, profile details, account ID).
• Your flik number assignment — the number is released and may later be reassigned.
• Your in-app contacts, message threads and messages, call history, and voicemails and transcripts.
• Your settings and preferences.
• Sign-in/session logs connected to your account — these are deleted on a 7-day schedule in any case, as our Privacy Policy explains.

The only record kept after deletion is an anonymous count that a deletion happened (for example, “1 account deleted”) — it contains no name, email, phone number, or account ID, and cannot be used to identify you. Anything you must keep (for example, a voicemail) should be saved before you delete, because deletion is final.
